Submission deadline
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you with an exciting, diverse and relevant program during this week (Aug 26 – 30, 2024), and strongly encourage you to submit an abstract for either an oral or a poster presentation (see the Objectives section of the website for track descriptions).
For any questions regarding the track for your contribution, please contact the Organisers, esa2024@institut-agro.fr.
The deadline for submission is the 18th of April 2024 (the deadline has been extended). You will be informed by the scientific committee about the acceptance of your abstract by 31 May 2024 at the latest.
Creation of an account (mandatory)
In order to submit an abstract (and later register, etc.), you must create an account on the Indico platform (this platform, hosted on a server at l'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, is the one used for the management of this website).
Clicking the Submit new abstract button (or the Login button at the top right) will take you to another page where you can enter your login information (if you already have an account) or click create one here (or the equivalent in the language of your browser) to create a new account. If you are a user of l'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, do not follow the procedure described above: enter your usual login and password directly and click on Login with l'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers (or the equivalent in the language of your browser).
When you return to the website, don't forget to login (Login button, top right): on the login page, enter your login details and click on Indico (users of l'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers, click on Login with l'Institut Agro Rennes-Angers).
Instructions for submitting an abstract
The abstract must not exceed 700 words (including references); the text of the abstract is entered directly into a field on the form. One figure only may be attached when submitting. You will need to enter up to 5 keywords.
We recommend the following guidelines: 1. Introduction; 2. Materials, methods; 3. Results; 4. Discussion. 5. References.
You must appoint one of the authors as the speaker (even for posters).
Abstracts must be written and presented in English. Linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the authors.
